I went to attend a macaroons workshop at Straits Quay, Sugar.
It's a very nice and sweet as sugar design's shop.
By the way, it sell all baking and cooking's material and utensils, especially cake, muffin and cookies.
Well, actually...the class started at 2pm. But me and Sara late 'A BIT', about 2.15pm we reached.
So, we kinda lost while we go in to the class and we skipped introduction -_-
Alright, skip craps.
Okay. We know origin of macaroons are from Paris, French.
It's a kind of dessert or snack. Taste sweet and yummy!
(I love macaroons!)
So, 1st step(when i get in to the class)
-Measure water. With 20gm of Hot water and 25gm of room temperature water in to a cup(most probably plastic cup) Total contain is 45gm.
-And the same time, add a few drops of food coloring(it depends on your favorite color of course, and it can be some fruits color, for instance: Pandan leaves, Dragon fruit, etc.)
So, i chosen purple for my macaroon! >< Lovely* ( I love purple)

-Fill out into piping bag with plain nozzle
-Pipe into required size onto baking tray lines with parchment paper

-Let macaron mixture rest for 20-30mins.
(make sure the macaron surface are dry when you are ready to put into oven.)
-Preheat oven ro 110-120 Celsius
-Bake the macaron for 22-25 mins
